Join us for a new solo exhibition, 'Country', by Charmaine Davis at our Woolloomooloo gallery. Says Charmaine of her upcoming exhibition: “The work that I have created for the exhibition is embedded in my deep respect and spiritual connection to Country. I am a Bundjalung and Gumbaynggir woman.
“These creations reflect my admiration and inspiration of our lands, from the fine detail to the monolithic. Over the years as an artist I have developed the style, indicative of a finely woven tapestry as we are all threads connected to our ancestors. These landscapes hold my memories and my experiences.”
Join us for a new solo exhibition by Ana Young, showing at our Woolloomooloo gallery. Says Ana of her upcoming series, “My aim with this new body of work is to record an image that responds to an optical sensation of entering a space - the silence of a first encounter - and slowing down this experience. I want to create a compilation of spaces entered and sounds remembered in a particular moment."
We are thrilled to present a new body of work by Emily Hamann in our Woolloomooloo gallery. Says Emily of her upcoming exhibition, "The natural world is imbued with an undeniable sense of rhythmic energy, a palpable pulse that permeates all around us. From the ebb and flow of the tides to the cycles of the seasons, these rhythms serve as a reminder of the interconnectedness of all."
We are thrilled to present a new body of work by Australian-born Sicilian artist, Nunzio Miano, in our Woolloomooloo gallery. Inspired by the beauty of human emotions and the complexity of the human mind, Nunzio Miano's paintings are a visual representation of the inner world, where colours and shapes communicate more than words.
