This work will be shown in Darlings 2021, Curatorial+Co.’s annual small works group show. Darlings was created in response to the 2020 pandemic as a joyful way for artists and collectors of all backgrounds to come together and celebrate creativity and unity.

‘Challenge’ forms part of a series of abstract works, where Fleur hopes to convey new landscapes informed from an emotive response to places she has visited. Each artwork considers a physicality of a memory and the relationship between sitting with a thought and being immersed in a landscape.
