This series of work is an exploration of process, form, scale, texture and manipulation of material and technology. These design elements are examined and ‘grown’ through the process of 3D ceramic printing and hand assemblage. The pieces are created intuitively but also take inspiration from archetypal forms.

There is an element of experimentation and play, finding unexpected beauty in chance combinations and interventions. Each piece is made using porcelain, the serendipitous nature of its application using this new technology allows for a truly unique and individual artwork.
