Says Kate “My current work is an exploration of the screen printing process not as an exact copy but as a mark making medium with every piece an original. Referencing the movements of people, relationships, money and information alongside the notions of cultural identity and acceptance.

“By embracing the process with all its subtle inclusions, I wish to celebrate the variations and textures that would normally be rejected. Our ideas of perfection and beauty are to be challenged.”
